Jackson Wallace
Co-Owner | Head of OperationsJackson started his first lawn care business in Grade 6 and continued building it throughout high school under the name Clean Cut Yard Works. As the company grew in scope and professionalism, it evolved into what is now Northscape. Years of hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation in turf health, client service, and operational discipline. Today, Jackson focuses on the broader management of the company — overseeing strategy, financial planning, and long-term growth — while also serving as Northscape’s Turf Management Specialist. He designs and manages all fertilization and turf programs to ensure properties stay healthy, consistent, and professionally maintained. Jackson is currently studying at the Ivey Business School at Western University, where he continues to apply what he learns directly to the growth of Northscape.
Logan Pyear
Co-Owner | Head of Property Maintenance Logan has been part of Northscape’s growth for the past three seasons, developing extensive hands-on experience in landscape and property maintenance. He now serves as Head of Property Maintenance, managing both the commercial and residential maintenance divisions. From coordinating crews and schedules to maintaining quality control on-site, Logan ensures every property meets the standard our clients expect. His leadership, consistency, and strong work ethic set the tone for the maintenance team. As he works toward becoming a firefighter, he brings the same discipline, reliability, and team-first mindset to every job.
Aidan Derderian
Co-Owner | Head of Landscaping & ConstructionBefore helping build Clean Cut Yard Works into Northscape, Aidan spent four years working on a farm, where he developed strong mechanical skills and practical problem-solving abilities. Today, as Owner and Landscape Project Manager, he leads the design and execution of Northscape’s construction division. Aidan manages large-scale hardscaping projects while also overseeing essential softscaping work that supports the overall landscape. From layout and planning to hands-on installation, he ensures every project is built properly and built to last. He is currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Carleton University, bringing technical knowledge and precision to the field.
Liam joins Northscape as a Landscape Crew Member, bringing several years of experience working on a farm where he developed a strong work ethic and practical property maintenance skills. He works closely with our team to support both maintenance and landscape projects, ensuring each job is completed with care and attention to detail. Liam is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University and brings that same focus and discipline to the field each day.
