Welcome to Northscape, founded in 2023 in Guelph, Ontario. What started as a passion project between two university students has grown into a full-service landscaping company dedicated to enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces across the Guelph area.

Jackson Wallace

Co-Owner | Head of Operations

Jackson started his first lawn care business in Grade 6 and continued building it throughout high school under the name Clean Cut Yard Works. As the company grew in scope and professionalism, it evolved into what is now Northscape. Years of hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation in turf health, client service, and operational discipline. Today, Jackson focuses overseeing strategy, financial planning, and long-term growth. Jackson recently graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and now applies his learnings directly to the growth of Northscape.

Logan Pyear

Co-Owner | Head of Property Maintenance

Logan has been part of Northscape’s growth for the past three seasons, developing extensive hands-on experience in landscape and property maintenance. He now serves as Head of Property Maintenance, managing both the commercial and residential maintenance divisions. From coordinating crews and schedules to maintaining quality control on-site, Logan ensures every property meets the standard our clients expect. As he works toward becoming a firefighter, he brings the same discipline, reliability, and team-first mindset to every job.

Before helping build Clean Cut Yard Works into Northscape, Aidan spent four years working on a farm, where he developed strong mechanical skills and practical problem-solving abilities. Today, the Head of Landscaping & Construction, he leads the design and execution of Northscape’s construction division. Proficient with landscape design software, Aidan works alongside customers to turn visions into reality. He is currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Carleton University, bringing technical knowledge and precision to the field.

Liam joins Northscape as a Landscaping & Construction Crew Member, bringing several years of experience working on a farm where he developed a strong work ethic and practical property maintenance skills. He works closely with our team to support landscape projects, ensuring each job is completed with care and attention to detail. Liam is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University and brings that same focus and discipline to the field each day.

Ben joins Northscape as a Property Maintenance Crew Member. Prior to joining Northscape, he worked with another lawn care company where he developed a strong foundation in property maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape upkeep. He brings valuable hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients. Ben takes pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking properties and plays an important role in helping Northscape provide reliable and consistent service throughout the season.
